Last year, Abbi’s Angels and Joe’s Jolly Elves brought Christmas to 30 children in Mecklenburg and Union Counties. This is our 6th year doing this and we need help more than ever before!
We have coordinated with Cindy’s Hope Chest to get the names of children ages 0-18 who are most in need of the Christmas spirit this year. Each child will have a wish list with a want , a need, a wear, and a read item to be met.
If you wish to adopt a child, we ask that you give the child one item from each category. Packages should be wrapped and delivered to us no later than Monday, Dec 20th.
If you wish to be a child’s elf or angel please let us know. Provide you name, phone number, and email. We will assign children to sponsors as soon as their lists are received.
We encourage everyone to get involved in bringing the joy of Christmas, and the peace of a familiar tradition of gifts under the tree to children who need such stability, particularly this year when everything else is in turmoil.
