Abbi and Joe Brundrett are a local brother and sister team that work with Cindy’s Hope Chest to help bring Christmas cheer to kids who’s mothers are battling breast cancer. These kids are already overwhelmed with anxiety with that their mom is going through. Mothers having chemotherapy often do not have the energy, finances, or immune system to do Christmas shopping, making Christmas an uncertain event. Recently, the compounded factor of a global pandemic has led to even more strain on the families to help bring the joy of the holiday to life.
Last year, Abbi’s Angels and Joe’s Jolly Elves brought Christmas to around 30 children. This is our 6th year doing this, helping nearly 100 children and we need help more this year than ever before!
